Hello, Email addresses and ILL accounts have been updated for those addresses that have been changed to the .gov suffix. Thank you for your patience with this. OCLC has added a Preferred Delivery Format section to the ILL Request Form [image: image.png] The default is set to No preference, and is *NOT *something that you need to use. As has always been the case: - *Loan* requests will be delivered as physical items and - *Copy* requests will be delivered in an electronic format.
