Hi all, Quick questions about ILL instructions: 1. Are the current user guides helpful? Or is there a different way that would work better for your library? 2. Is separating Loan request instructions and Copy request instructions helpful? Or would putting them together be more helpful? They all need to be updated due to changes made to the interface by OCLC. Any feedback you could provide would be helpful to me.
