Hi Member Library community, You may have noticed that some parts of your WorldShare ILL interface have taken on a new look. OCLC has been involved in "modernizing" the WorldShare ILL staff interface. This modernization is an ongoing project that will eventually be applied to every part of the ILL interface. ILL training from USL needs to be updated too, both for USL staff (as the ILL Referral Center) and for Member Libraries. I will be creating WorldShare ILL training for USL staff (to manage the ILL Referral Center) in Niche Academy with links directly to OCLC online training content, to prepare for any unforeseen absence on my part, and to prepare for my eventual retirement. I would love to hear from you all about what kind of training would work best for your library in training new staff to use WorldShare ILL.
