Hello all, OCLC has made changes to the WorldShare ILL interface and functionality. I am in the process of updating all training documents for member libraries to reflect these changes. Please be patient as I figure out what all these changes mean for your library. *In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.* OCLC has also *vastly* improved how WorldShare ILL searches for lenders. I hope you have noticed that you are getting more of the items requested! Because of this improvement, *I will no longer be using ISBN numbers to search for titles. * For the *Title* field: [image: image.png] Add the title. Add an additional note for any of these: - *(specific edition)* of a title, i.e., (3rd edition), - a *(large print)* edition, i.e., (large print) - a *(language)* other than English, i.e., (Spanish) - a *(graphic novel)* or *(manga)*, - a *(Blu-ray)* addition of a DVD. For the *Author* field: [image: image.png] - Add *1* author, *Last Name First*. - For a DVD, add *1 Actor, Last Name First.* [image: image.png] - Change the* Format *for any item that is *not a Book*, using the drop-down menu. These are the *only* fields that need to filled out in the Request Section. Please share this with *anyone* in your library who submits ILL Requests. I'll have updated training documents sent out as soon as possible.
