I hope you all are enjoying Spring without allergies, like I am. 🙂 While updated user guides for WorldShare ILL are still in the works, (sorry it is taking so long, there were a lot of changes made by OCLC), I'm noticing that often when DVDs are requested, only the Title is filled in. When requesting a DVD, *please* add an *actor* from the movie into the Author field, Last Name First, First Name Last. A director or the year that a movie was released is not as helpful to search as an actor in the Author field. When the Author field is empty, I will be sending an email for your library to add the info. into the Author field.
